Born and raised in the Brazilian metropolis of Rio de Janeiro, I came to New Zealand 4 years ago with my (scouser) husband, Scott, to "settle down". We are currently refurbishing our home on the North Shore.
I come from a very wide-ranging working background. Before coming to New Zealand I was studying towards a BA in Expressive Arts, thus my main professional focus was acting. However, to enhance my ‘amateur actor’s’ income, I worked in various roles from retail and hospitality to running the distribution department for a designer clothing brand with 10 stores nationwide.
To further my career and education I'm studying part-time extramurally towards a Bachelor of Communication degree and I have recently accepted the challenge of taking care of Marketing initiatives for Career Team. I have also completed a Certificate in WebDesign (I've designed this website). On top of all of that I find time to exercise, and I also love playing my guitar and singing (you'd hate to be my neighbour!)
As Office and Marketing Manager, you can count on me to smoothly run the Career Team office, and to greet you with a warm smile every time! With three years of working with Alexis and the team, I've developed systems and processes that make sure our candidates and clients are well looked after.
