Born in India, I moved to New Zealand over eleven years ago with my parents. Yes, I have a French name and Portuguese last name, but then this a reflection of my fabulously rich cultural background.
I recently graduated with a conjoint degree from Auckland University of Technology (AUT) where I completed a Bachelor of International Hospitality Management and a Bachelor of Business (majored in Management and Human Resources).
My lucky break began when I walked into Career Team and as a result I am now working with a warm, enthusiastic and professional team. For the past nine months I have been temping with Career Team and so I understand the challenges and the special skills required to be a successful temp in today’s market.
When away from work, I enjoy going to the gym (everyone calls me a gym junkie), paint, sketch and experiment with haute cuisine!! I have wings on my feet, which means I enjoy travelling and would love some day to travel to a few choice destinations (so if you hear of any great assignments in Paris let me know and I will give Alexis five minutes notice!)
