I was originally born in Singapore, and moved to Christchurch with my family when I was 5 years old. We made the big move to North Island after spending 4 years in the South Island, basing ourselves in Auckland. I have resided here ever since. I gained my NZ Citizenship a few years later, and have consider myself a New Zealander for as long as I can remember. I have been working in the Recruitment Industry since 2003 in a variety of roles, which include internal and external recruitment, HR administration, business development, account management. Throughout my career I have placed candidates in a range of positions that included executive to middle management, office and administration support, medical, engineering, blue collared and real estate. Starting my recruiting career in New Zealand, I took it overseas to Australia and then onto the UK. I have completed many job related courses, including business management. I have won in-house awards over the years for businesses I have worked in, which placed me in excellent stead to add value to any prospective or current client looking to enhance their team. I have been told by my colleagues I am energetic, friendly, flexible, fantastic problem solver and always professional. On a personal note, I am married to Irishman with a British accent, who I met whilst working tempoarily in the UK; I have now settled down with him living locally in Takapuna. In my spare time I enjoy going to the beach, bbq’s, any racquet sports, going for walks, spending time with my friends and family, dining out and entertaining. |
