21 Years ago I started working in the Recruitment industry and if there’s one thing I've learned it's that 'nothing stays the same'. I’ve seen the industry adjust and evolve as technology becomes more advanced and the economy shifts. As a result, 'change' has become my middle name and led me to establish Career Team as an agency that is truly focused on creating lasting associations with both clients and candidates. We aim to be creative, collaborative and cooperative in our business relationships.
My own experience includes roles as a Specialist Temporary Recruitment Consultant, Sales Manager and Team Leader for recruitment consultancies in New Zealand and the UK. It was my early expertise as a qualified nurse that led me to recognise that I really am a people person and working in an industry that allows me to interact with individuals from all walks of life truly is a privilege.
Outside of work I have a busy family life with my husband of 19 years (Frank) and our two active and sporty children at Rosmini and Carmel Colleges (Mitchell and Poppy). We live on a large rural property between Puhoi and Warkworth and our farm work provides that all important balance between work and lifestyle!
